After performing your daily stretching exercise, you should
use this growth and circulation exercise. This technique gets
the blood flowing in your penis and prepares you for the "semi-erect"
state you willl need to be in for the next exercise in your
workout... the Jelqing Exercise.
Hold the penis and whip it around gently. Whip it no more
than 30 times and make sure you protect your scrotum with
the other hand, otherwise you may hurt yourself.
